Song: Loud clear trumpeting "ker-looo ker-lee-loo" or "waKAAAAHHHH". Trumpeting of Whooping Crane is more continuous and higher pitched than Sandhill Crane's, hollower and less resonant than Trumpeter Swan's, louder and less musical than Tundra Swan's calls.
