Golden-crowned Kinglet - Regulus satrapa

Song: Song is a high-pitched and rising "see-see-see" with or without a splutter on the end. Call note is similar but not necessarily rising in pitch. Call note is always slightly trilled unlike Black-capped or Boreal Chickadees' pure contact call and nearly always delivered in a series of three: "tsee-tsee-tsee".
